I am sure the hairstylists in there know how to do certain types of hair but definitely not ethnic hair. It's either that or they were rushing. My daughter went there for a deep condition cut and straighten and her hair came out un even and frizzy. I felt bad for her because she needed it for a senior dinner which is tomorrow and there are no open salons on Sunday but this one! I feel like they completely rushed her out. Thank you very much lemon tree because now I have to spend the rest of my evening trying to straightening her hair. If you didn't know how to do her hair you should have been honest !!!! It's not even even !!

Made appointments for my daughters ahead of time so they'd be done before school pictures even called up to double check the time .when we showed up was just one stylist there saying they were closed and she was working on her last customer. When I told her we had appointments and she looked at the book and too bad no one put them in there didn't care about getting them in till after their picture day . They've been coming here for years but I'll make sure my wife takes them somewhere decent that actually cares about customers from now on. Wish I could give zero stars
I got the worst haircut of my life from a chunky, Hispanic woman named Elena. She was incredibly rude. The entire haircut was done in 2 minutes like she was in a rush. She just hacked away at my hair and yanked it back and forth, even yelled at me for turning my head in pain. It looked like it was cut with pruning shears. Never coming back here again.
If you love someone with special needs or autism don't go to this Lemon Tree on Broadway they are not understanding nor did I feel they wanted us in their establishment the lady couldn't push us out the door fast enough I just would like everybody to understand inclusion. I was absolutely mortified at the way she treated us and told me she had a 1 o'clock appointment and couldn't help us that's fine we definitely will not be back and hope that people would be nicer I can't even give one star but was hey made me
