Had my first ever wax today, and Maria was so sweet and calmed my nerves the entire time. Her bedside manner was funny, witty and playful, even at the most painful parts of the wax and I was able to relax and get through the whole session with no tears, that's a win for me! Im excited to see Maria in four weeks for the follow up, she was amazing!
I went to Safié Salon for a complete makeover and saw great reviews. I showed a picture of the color and style I was looking for and this is what I got. Not only was I given purple pink hair instead of silver gray but my brand new shirt wound up getting bleached. Went back for the salon to make it right and I wound up with blonde hair. Not happy. Not only that but Denise took a picture of my top and it's now 4/19/23 and I still have not heard back regarding reimbursement of my top.
My first time at Safie and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt like I was a regular customer! Dawn greeted me with such kindness and made me feel right at home. Edyth came right over and made me feel confident immediately that I was in the right hands. Edyth did a great job with my color. It came out exactly how I wanted. Hair cut and blowout was perfect. Rabje was sweet and entertaining while washing my hair, which was also very relaxing. Great experience! I will be back!!
