Went to get my nails done here for the second time today. They are fast, friendly and my nails came out great! The salon is clean with nice decor. Definitely recommend given them a chance to do your nails!

Their Instagram is really perfect! They will design all kinds of things! Clean and hygienic, very relaxing like a vacation! I've been coming here for 15 years and have Never had a complaint for the UV gel nails. They are a bit more pricy but you get what you pay for. I have tried cheaper places but always walk away disappointed. I have never been disappointed with k&Q. Kevin is amazing and his new staffer Michael is also spectacular, I highly recommend K&Q

Went there for SNS powder gel. Nails cracked 2 days later and they were so thick!!. I went back to have them redo nails, the women filed my nails down so much my nails were burning. She wanted to go over my nails with more powder- i said no please just take off and regular manicure with clear polish. It didn't help that she did not speak any English and kept saying "so sorry, it's ok?" Selina who is the only one who speaks English was very nice and helpful and offered to redo my nails on a different day. Place is filthy. They don't listen and do a terrible job. Will never go back.

So I have lived down the block from this nail salon for years and used to go there when I was a kid and they always did a good job. I always felt the staff could be friendlier and less aggressive and that apparently still stands today. I went to get a powder manicure and a regular pedicure and after only 3 days all my nails were showing signs of wear and tear. They are just as aggressive as I remembered and the women was filing my nails so much it started to burn and she just started tossing my hands around basically man handling them. I really want to like this place because of how close it is to my house but no matter what every-time I'm left disappointed.
