Out of business, no surprise. The place was never open. The owners don't care for people who have paid for Groupons. The two owners came off as stuck up. Only cared about themselves. Obviously , didn't know how to run a business. Perfect example of Darwin's Theory of Survival of the fittest

DO NOT Trust them for your wedding! I had met the owners of Sorella Beauty bar at a wedding expo. I made an appointment a few weeks ago for hair and makeup because I had my engagement shoot on Saturday night. If I liked the way my hair and makeup came out I was going to book them for the wedding. After driving an hour from Queens,I got to my appointment, the doors were locked, lights were out, no sign on the door saying why they were closed. Their hours were on the door clearly posted saying they were opened on Saturdays. I tried calling three times just to make sure someone was not in the back and no one picked up. I still have not heard from them. Then I had to scramble to find places to do my hair and makeup on short notice. What a horrible experience and hopefully they have never done that to anyone on their wedding day. I have also notified my venue so that they never recommend them to their brides on the go foward

I had an appointment for a keratin treatment today at 1230pm and also confirmed the day before. Got there and doors were closed / locked. Just read another review that shared a similar story. Would recommend one thing...customers stay away. Since zero stars is not an option, had to give one.

I purchased a groupon in hopes of a new look. Called the next day to make an appointment, as they were supposed to be open, however no answer. Next day called again, told the person who answered phone that I was in receipt of a groupon and wanted to make an appointment, she politely asked me to hold on. A few minutes later, still no one came to the phone. I hung up and called Groupon for a refund.... Sorella Beauty Bar is not long for business with this type of service...took it as a sign, better to not go there

Horrible service Great place adorable inside loved the girls both hairdressers so nice except she ruined my hair I was so upset she left my highlights in too long they were white when I left my hair started breaking off I have to immediately go somewhere else and they cut sooooo much hair off its taking forever to heal from this worst experience in forever scared to highlight.
