I'm new to Massapequa This salon accommodates people with sensory disorder special needs and autism they were so patient and kind and do a great job hair nails pedicure spa you name it
Horrible!!!!!!! I visited this salon because one of my neighbors recommended them. Huge mistake! Cici the owner of the salon "seems" like she knows what she's doing when she does color however she does not! I requested full head of golden blonde highlights. Cici mixed the color and did the foils and then left the salon to run an errand and left me with 2 people that don't know what they're doing. The one girl ended up putting a toner on me which turned my highlights to Ash blonde which looked green and gray with orange roots! I started to cry. Justin the guy blowing my hair out called CiCi and she came back to try and repair the damage. Another huge mistake. My hair ended up turning even more orange in the front and the bottom portion remained ash and green. I paid for what the services anyway to do the right thing and cici gave me a gift card for a kerotin treatment. I ended up going to another salon to have my hair fixed properly and went back to Cici and showed her how my hair should look and gave her back the gift card and told her I would never return again and make sure people don't come here to experience what I did. Please make sure you do your research on these pop up blow out / color bars. They're cheap for a reason! Lesson learned!
Best blow outs, haircuts and facials for an amazing price. They also do the best massages when you are getting a facial. Their blowouts last for days! Great customer service also!
