This place is ridiculous. I asked for a loc re twist in this whole time I came back they was taking it out her hair. What place when you book online? Can't read when it states loc re twist so I went in there to talk to the lady at the desk. Talk to the manager and then her husband get involved saying he has alright to question someone else's child was on a parent consent like he was, their father didn't get mad at me when I asked men to man who do he think he is he say this my wife store then stated I'm a federal contractor was wait nice in patient for the cops so I can show him who he think he was talking to

Worse experience at a shop ... probably ever. Don't waste your time or money with this place.

I have mixed feelings about this salon. Been an occasional customer on and off over the past 5 years now. The main reason I give them repeat business is they are located really close to my home. And they do a fairly decent job in a timely manner (for the most part). But when I've had issues, they are terrible with accountability. Either they deflect with excuses/blaming elsewhere or don't acknowledge at all. Attitudes, even. Services are provided a la carte, so it can get pricey. Scheduling online is very easy but there are some serious glitches with the system they use (Fresha). It would be nice if the owner and reception used the feedback I've provided, took accountability, and then worked proactively to fix issues I've brought to their attention.

I was traveling and really needed an appointment. I stopped by to make an appointment and the hair dresser said she'd squeeze me in at 2:00pm tomorrow. I called at 1:30 pm to confirm and the same girl told me she couldn't do my hair bc her client was coming in she askEd me to come in the next day but mind you I explained to her the sense of urgency the day before. I wouldn't trust this place unless you already a customer or don't mind your time being wasted

i usually don't do this but on this issue I would like to express my experience here at headline hair salon ! as a worker Dont get me wrong beautiful place bad management bad business owner. I quit about a week ago because I was over being short changed on almost every check like we all have bills and if I'm not being paid properly how can I do so ... I would have to go back and show the owner Mrs Natalie where mistakes were which she knew and she would continue to blame her assistant manger which was wrong because every week i would confirm all my times and hours with the assistant manger Bree at the time and I would see how much my check were supposed to be ! one check was shorten about 450 one time she rewrote the check because she knew she short changed me . than I walk into the salon one day and the owner is in back room screaming at here employee banging her fist on table and I was shocked because she's suppose to to be a women of business ! Than there a issues of my self and another employee with some health issues and she was wrongly terminated for being sick which is a health discrimination act! with my self I'm a type one diabetic and I was sick one evening and had to go to hospital and Mrs Natalie told co workers that she thought I was lying and I'm not really in hospital and so forth I sent evidence to her of a picture of me with an iv in my arm still no respond very incentive she doesn't show a care in the world about her workers what so ever and basically tried to fire me over being sick til we had a "talk " and she saw proof ! And this isn't the first time seeing this happen ! The turn over rate in this Shop is out this world it's like no one stays because of under payment and treatment ! this issues needs to be stopped.
