This used to be my favorite nail salon, I've been coming here for YEARS! But that all changed today....and I doubt I will ever go back. I stopped by today to get my eyebrows waxed, I didn't notice the sign where there is now a minimum of $15 dollars for credit card transactions. An eyebrow wax only costs $10 bucks, so you would think they would point out their new policy or even make an exception, especially since the lady remarked when she saw me "I haven't seen you in a very long time". She offered Zelle as an option, but my bank doesn't use it. I offered cash app, but that wasn't accepted. I'm all for business setting rules, when the rules make sense....and what sense does it make for your credit card minimum to be higher than one of your most popular services?? Needless to say, but I'll be looking for a new eyebrow waxer....

I never give poor reviews but I felt like I needed to for this bad experience. Mind you, I'm also extremely low maintenance/ laid back personality so I rarely mind if my nails aren't 100% perfect. Hang Chau did my nails & he did an awful job. He did them in 30mins tops which I thought was strange but thought to myself that maybe he was just extremely quick. Before I paid I noticed that they were crooked & cracking & polish was all over the skin around my nails.. unfortunately I didn't take any pics because I filed them down & fixed the polish when I got home. I'll never be back to this salon because if I wanted to do my own nails I wouldn't have paid money from the start.

I come here regularly. I've never had a bad manicure (gel is what I usually get) or pedicure. The waxing is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and professional; appointments aren't required but I make one because it can get very busy at times.
