I've gotten my nails done here twice, one of them being yesterday. It was very disappointing. Technician was 30 minutes late to my hour long appointment (a scheduled appointment), she rushed throughout the whole thing, and she had a different client who was scheduled for the middle of my appointment who had to awkwardly sit next to me waiting. Will not be coming back.
I came to Eterna for a pedicure, the service was okay, hence the 1-star. But over in the other room I saw a mouse running around. I told the lady who was doing my toes what I saw, because I saw it run around twice. She chuckled and told me they leave their droppings. How disgusting! I told her IDC I shouldn't be seeing it. Sounds like they are used to it, maybe he was on his break. Sometimes people come with their kids, or leave their bags, sometimes coats on the floor, and of course their shoes when they are getting pedicures. If it would've ran over someone's personal items, that would've been fatal. This is nasty; never receiving service here. Will call let manager or higher up know!
I'm usually the type of person who usually don't get their nails done unless it's a special occasion this occasion was my birthday I had previous booked somewhere else and they had canceled last minute so I decided to go to Wheaton Mall and went to every single nail salon showed them a picture of what I wanted For pricing.Eterna spa. Was the cheapest and the woman was very confident that she could do the work her name was Annie. She did an amazing job and took her time even when the mall close she was not rushing to finish my nails. She was very helpful and gave me her charger when my phone was dying and we had great conversation. throughout the process she kept checking if I like the quality of Work reinsuring me that she have cared. She was 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend her. The photos I took are week old and still look brand new.
I had an appt for a pedicure at 11am. When I arrive I was asked to wait an hour because all of the chairs were full. What is the point of making an appt to then have to wait an HOUR to be taken. 0 STARS and never returning!!
First time at Eterna Day Spa today and I will definitely be back!! Booking is super easy and everyone is so nice. Hannah did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. Sofia did an incredible job on my acrylic full set!! They turned out better than the reference photo. The spa is lovely, clean, and comfortable. Amazing experience overall, highly recommend!
