They rush on your hair to do another person and she didn't even end up finishing my hair I was under the dryer for 45 mins and she tried to leave me there for another 45 mins and say my hair wasn't dry when it was , I highly don't recommend save yourself

Went in to get just a shampoo and sit under the dryer. I told them no flat iron or blow out. The sign said 25 roller set so I was thinking ok it should be 25 or worse 30. They charged me 50 bucks!!!!!

It was amazing! They were quick to respond to me and get started on my hair given how busy they were. They were so accommodating. Really great service! They did an amazing job too, it's been 1 week and my hair still looks great!

AVOID IF YOU HAVE 4C HAIR OR CLOSE TO IT!!!! For context, I have 4C hair and they did not know how to work with it. Wasted 3 hours of my life and $65 First and last time coming here. I went in for a simple retwist and then 2 strand. she washed my hair then began retwist it the previous strands. SHE DID NOT EVEN PART MY HAIR TO MAKE IT CLEAN. I got under the dryer and noticed my hair still looked like i hadn't gotten it done. I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO HER I NEEDED MY HAIR PARTED AND CLEAN. she then proceeds to tell me my undergrowth is too short (keep in mind this is over two months worth of undergrowth) and in order for them to part my hair to make it clean I HAVE TO BUY THEIR HOLD AND SHINE. THIS ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS USING ECO STYLER GEL ON MY 4C HAIR. I told her i didn't want the hold and shine pomade and to just part my hair. THEY ONLY BARELY PARTED THE MIDDLE OF MY HEAD (image attached) and sent me back under the dryer. I had to call them back and just gave in to buying the hold and shine pomade so they could part my hair and make it look "clean" (images attached so you understand the quotes). NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD TO BUY PRODUCT TO GET MY HAIR DONE.

This place is great. I go here about 2-3 times a year to get my natural hair straightened and I'm never disappointed. If you have natural hair and you want to get a blowout, go here. I do bring my own thermo hair protectant and they have no problem using it.
