Did not clip cuticles back well. The nail polish quality is not that great - as when I get gel manicure it should not be coming off within a few days. Some of the equipment is not cleaned well for when you are drying your nails. Otherwise - the 2 stars is because there was someone there to help translate my request, questions, and comments - although I still am not sure my nail tech fully understood. I just don't think it is worth the $45 anymore. I got a gel french manicure. So. maybe this was just too cheap in price? I will look for a better place.
so i came to get a pedicure and it was my first time and i don't really get my feet done but i did once from my sister and i knew something was off and i told her about it and she was all rude and i felt kind of bad so please just don't say any thing just go with the flow
My experience was definitely a 5 star one. I walked in at 8:10p it's going on 9 and I'm finishing up. Ruby did a gel pedicure and put THAT WORK IN. I feel so good and my pedicure looks great!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY! Save yourself an unnecessary trip! My daughter ask who I thought was best at manicure and pedicure? She is in college now. I didn't miss a beat: Vietnamese!!!( I am judging on pre pandemic status when people actually care about their work). I flew in and went to this boutique. I was done by Lin. Worst foot job I ever had! I went home and realized I needed to redo my entire foot!!! Simple contours that a professional would of spotted. Uneven skin surfaces etc! She just wanted to finish and get to the break room! Last trip there! If I had known... I could of saved money and did it myself! I should go back and get my tip. Lol.
Went in needing a full set and showed her two nails that needed a build up and she said I needed to let it grow more. My 2 nails were grown half way already. She didn't want to do my nails. Horrible customer service. Would never go there again. They must not want to make money. She acted like I was bothering her. Do not recommend.
