This is the absolute worst haircut my child has ever gotten. We made an appointment and arrived on time. We showed her his precious haircut and asked for the same one (his usual barber is out woth covid). As she was cutting it i could tell it was turning out horribly. The bangs were uneven and blunt. I kept asking her to thin them but she took thinning shears to the top of his head and I could tell she hasn't worked with them before. We went to the closest place we could find and fixed it. Awful.
We liked taking our son to this place. Alisha did a great job, I'm so disappointed that the cost of a kids haircut increased to $28 We had to go somewhere less expensive.
Love this place for my kiddos haircuts. The people change, yes, but the fun chairs and cocomelon stays the same :)
This was our first visit here, and it will also be our last. Our stylist, Rasheedah, was not very friendly and was incredibly rough with my son's very curly hair. She didn't even spray in any detangler and just started aggressively combing through his hair. She was clearly hurting him as he lowered his head, shrugged his shoulders up and put his hand out and called for me (his mom) to please hold his hand, and she did not even attempt to try to be any more gentle. The haircut itself took about a total of 4-5 minutes, he looks like a cabbage patch kid with a curly bowl cut, and it cost me $30!? Hard pass on this place in the future.
The sign says walk-ins welcome, and we'll let me tell you walk-ins are not welcome. When we walked in, no one greeted you. I got attitude from the start. I walked up to the counter, and she said with an attitude, DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT? I said no we don't, but your sign on the door says walk-ins welcome." We'll were fully booked up today. I pulled up their website to book an appointment for the same day. They had available appointments. I asked her. It says here you have available appointments." Well, you must have pulled up another location. I said no. I pulled up yours and proceeded to show her. When Sierra the hairstylist comes over into my face and says I can show you our appointment book were all booked up for today, when she also proceeded to tell me with an attitude we've had 25 haircuts alone today which she made clear she was upset about because you would be grumpy to if you have already cut 25 kids hair. So I told her I didn't need to see her appointment book, I took my kids by the hand, and we left. Their customer service is horrible. She could have had potentially a new client. She chose this profession to cut children's hair. Well, in my opinion, she seems like she hates her job and should not cut any child's hair ever again.
