Elite Nails Spa Ellicott City in Ellicott City, MD

I've been looking for a new nail salon for a while. I was excited because this place does ombré and is close to where I live. My appointment was at 11:45am and I was seen a little past noon. Slightly annoyed but whatever, I really needed my nails done. It was small and cold inside, it's November, can we get a little heat? I was out at a decent time and the lady did a great job in my nails but I will never go back. Never in all the nail salons have I been in that they charge $10 for cuticle cutting!! Never not once! Another one bites the dust.

This was my go to nail salon for a while because Henry did such a fantastic job but there was one time he was on vacation so Lily did my nails (for my hubby's 50th) but the design and shape was crooked. I didn't have time for her to fix it. When I told her about it she didn't say a word and had always been unfriendly towards me. Now when I call to make an appointment with Henry they will not answer my call and she would always tell me that Henry is busy. So I tried to schedule my appointment through their website and my appointment was canceled. I tried to find out who the owner is if this salon but I don't know who to complain too to address Lily's bad attitude towards customers. I do have a copy of my appointment and the cancellation. If you are the owner of this salon or manager, please address Lily as she is bad for your business.

I was in the shopping center waiting for my car and saw the salon and thought I would inquire for a pedicure. The salon looked well appointed and clean, I was told that a pedi would be $35.00. This seemed like a fair price and I was taken back to my chair, where a young lady asked if I wanted my polish removed? How else do you do a pedi? I thought it was odd... I was satisfied with my pedicure and massage. When I went to pay, the same lady that quoted me $35.00 now said it would be $40.00. I asked why and she said that I got polish. I said who doesn't get polish with a pedi? So she yelled back to someone (not in english so I couldn't understand) and then told me it was for polish remover. I have never paid extra for removal and certainly was not told I would be. I feel this was very deceptive and will not return!

Started going here recently and love it. The staff is friendly and the shop is very clean. They do a great job with dip and with nail design. So glad I found this place.

I have been going to Lily & Henry for years now. Lily slays on my nails and Henry is amazing at shaping too! They both are so sweet and I love seeing how busy they are! Quality work and I always feel so clean and fresh after! Best place in Ellicott city hands down.
