So it's been since February and I was debating on if I should post this. I was drawn to this place with how nice the inside looked and how modern it looked. I went in and my first red flag and I should of ran was the hair stylist Taylor said we were going to have to bleach my hair and start all over I'll add pictures of what I wanted vs what I received. I went in and I wanted a red/ ginger ombré. It took her 4+ hours to do my hair. So after 5 days went past I went to wash my hair again and holy hair dye it was coming out I stained so many towels and pillows from my wet hair and it faded so bad. So I called them let them know the problem and the "owner or manager" she told me I clearly don't know how to take care of red hair (I've had my hair colored red for 2 years before I came in there and never had any problems even with boxed dye). She was like oh then I guess we could take a portion off your next visit. Im like yea I don't really wanna come back especially how you handled the situation no thank you. I was super disappointed I went home crying both times from this place and not tears of joy either. The place I'm going to now it's taken her 4 separate appointments to correct my hair from what this place did to my hair for 1/2 the price.
Great experience visiting this salon yesterday for the first time. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the owner. It's a beautiful salon. It's just nice to see pleasant people working there without an attitude. It made me feel comfortable right away. First time appointment with Dailigh Romano and she did a great job. I just came in for a trim, but she listened and made good suggestions. Overall, it was a great visit and I am very happy. I will be returning.
