Worst experience at any salon yet. Horrible customer service and Scherervilles management is a joke. Had went in for a highlight with Brooke, to leave way overtoned which she did intentionally trying to fix the bleed marks from her foils that I'd see once I got home. My hair was pretty much totally grey and not blended at all it looks horrible. Called in and spoke with Whitney I believe was managers name and she had also saw how screwed up it was while cashing me out and basically elbowing Brooke to offer me another appt per their script. Her solution was to come in and pull color out but ONLY if I allowed Brooke to do it would I not be charged. Manager called owner to tell her I was "displeased" but when asked if she explained that both the stylist and manager knew how botched my hair was and sent me on her way and that it was due to Brookes screw up she said no that she just told her simply unhappy with the service. Requesting to speak to the owner she said okay but idk when you'll hear from her. Weeks later and still haven't. Absolutely do not trust them with coloring service. I absolutely wouldn't trust her to color correct. Waste of a whole lotta money
Valparaiso salon !!!! I can't express enough how GREAT my experience was, Sarah B was the best stylist I have ever been to in my over 40 years of life . From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is welcoming and helpful and not just to their clients but to each other as well( I've never been to a salon that works this well as a team ) . I Have been to many places to get extensions but by far Lumi in valpo is by far the very best experience I have ever had .... As for my stylist Sarah 5 starts is not nearly enough she not only did a phenomenal job on my hair but really made me feel beautiful as women . Thank you all . You are truly the very best ! See ya soon for my completely wash and blow out !
Sam is an actual hair fairy! She completely transformed my thin hair and I am beyond thrilled with the results. She is a total pro and color matched my hair perfectly via photos (not an easy thing to do!) The salon is beautiful and relaxing and the entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. You can tell everyone here takes pride in what they do and they all go above and beyond. If I could give Lumi 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend!
