For years a big fan of this salon. Traveled from downtown Chicago to have my nails done ~ That's how lovely the management and service was.
After two recent visits ~ the first resulting in an infection, the second waiting 45 minutes with an appointment (!) ~ And to add further insult to insult, the ownership was dismissive of my reasonable comments (e.g. What's the point of making an appointment when this once nice salon doesn't honor appointment times?)
All to write, they lost my business. Completely!

the lady that sit at the front is rude, and make up prices as she goes along just throw prices out there.... i will never ever go back they are to darn expensive for anybody budget trust me you will leave paying almost 100 bucks plus i didnt even get what i ask for
Best nail salon experience I've had in a very long time.
I went with a friend and we both really felt that our nail tech's cared about the work they were doing. I also loved that I was not rushed or ignored when I asked questions or needed something fixed. I am very picky about my nail length since I need to be able to type for work and school and Dan was very understanding. He also went above and beyond to make my nails look awesome and even better than the photo that I showed him for reference. He and the other staff were very nice and actually talked to me which was great since I wasn't able to sit next to my friend.
My friend had Cindy and said she was awesome as well. Her nails turned out great!
I will definitely be going back!
