My kids and I all get our hair cut at the same time. They always do a great job and listen to the kids and give them the haircuts they ask for. They are picky so this is a big deal!

I walk in asking for a mens haircut and the women calls up a lady to cut my boyfriends hair. i ask if she can cut curly hair and knows how to do a fade, she assures me and says yes. we walk back and the stylist, Lori, asks what we want i ask her to not touch the long hair he has on top and just cut the sides as a fade. she starts cutting the sides and goes the same length all the way around, never changing the guard once. As she's working her way to his hairline in back she's getting the clippers very close to his hair on top. after she's all done and unclips the top, long pieces of hair start to fall. as we were walking to the door my boyfriend was pulling locs of hair out. she made it extremely uneven and cut into his long hair while it was clipped up. not to mention she didn't do a fade but just cut his hair the same length all the way around. I called asking for a refund and all they said they could do was make us come back in and look at it

They charge a service fee for using a credit card. I am no longer a customer due to this.

Zero stars. I went in with a picture of the cut and color I wanted. I asked the stylist if she could do it and she said yes. As I'm sitting in the chair I commented that it looked really light, she said that was the way it oxidized and it was actually really dark. Well it wasn't dark, the roots were so light I made her go back and put a darker color on. I told her it was still too light and showed her the picture again. She said that if I wanted that type of color it would require a two step process! So I said so I need to go someplace so they can bleach it and then color it? Why didn't she say so in the first place! If she wasn't capable of doing what I asked why didn't she say so? I would have gone someplace else. Now let's talk about the stacked bob, not only is it not stacked its crooked and there are long pieces hanging all over. Now I will have to go someplace to try and get this fixed. So overall I've colored my hair at home before with boxed dye and ended up with a more professional color. The haircut is something you would get from someone just starting out in school, very unprofessional

I have never made a public review before but I have to give my experience at the C&C salon. I went in to cut & color my hair. My price range was anywhere from 80-140. Hairdresser Kenzie looked at my hair and told me it would cost around 90 dollars. I booked an appointment with her which she arrived ten minutes late. The blonde lady at the front desk was less than courteous when I approached the salon again to see if my hairdresser had come yet. Overall dismissive and unfriendly. My hairdresser arrives and first thing I noticed she reeked heavy of marijuana. She was slow & forgetful about what she was doing, the supplies she needed, etc. I was nervous to let her style my hair but I stayed out of convenience and for the price. She left the salon half way through to go outside & returned with the same smell again. I was there for about an hour longer than it usually takes to do my hair. Hair came out okay & mostly what I asked for. The price was DOUBLE what she told me it would be. I would have tipped more than $20 but the price was already so high. I've had the same thing done in Washington D.C. for less, and with better results. Disappointing..
