This was the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. They promptly greeted me when I walked in the door. They were able to get me in without an appointment. The tech I worked with talked to me the majority of the visit (and I heard the tech next to me talking to his client getting a manicure as well). She efficiently painted my nails, and set me up to dry. The nails look great, color, shape and texture. And a nice perk is that the dryers are facing the street so you get to watch the street as you wait for your nails to dry. Would definitely go back! -Amanda

I get my nails done with Ethel. I have been to a lot of nail techs before I found Ethel, she is quite literally the best one hands down!!! Ethel always gets the job done and delivers when I show and ask her to do my nails a certain way with a certain design. 10/10 recommend
My daughter went here on her graduation day because there was a special for $73 to get nails removed and a pedicure and manicure it was supposed to be a treat. Well they charged her $170 plus a deposit to reserve the space of $23. Total rip off and taking a vantage of youth who perhaps didn't want to stand up for herself as she was in the middle of the service when they broke the news. Shame on you
Do NOT go here if you care about good customer service, and COVID-19 health and safety. I sat down for my manicure and politely asked if the man doing my nails could wear a mask. He immediately said "no and if you don't like it you can go." What on earth kind of customer service is this? While the pandemic is raging in NY - this seems like a very reasonable request. Everyone else in the salon was wearing a mask, including customers and employees. I asked if someone else could do my nails instead and he yelled "no." Completely absurd - I left right away. I will never return here and encourage others to do the same.
