Remarkable Finish Hair Salon in Saratoga Springs, NY

Where do I start? I had such an absolutely awful experience at this salon. The stylist and her uh, mob of "friends" were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went to go sit at her station there was a literal mob of people and their dogs hanging around the chair which I was supposed to sit in to have a cut, color and highlights. The stylist pointed at the chair for me to sit down, and these people started to act rowdy and intrusive. She was laughing at the fact that I was made uncomfortable, as if this was hilarious. Also, one of these "individuals" in the mob had what looked like a Nazi symbol tattoo. I just excused myself and left. As I stepped outside near the salon, another low life in a pickup truck yelled something abusive at me. Go figure. Will never set foot in there again. This experience actually tarnished my entire idea of Saratoga Springs, which is a town I have visited many times and of course, spent money in. I have taken my whole family there several times. In the future, I will not be spending any money in Saratoga Springs. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

I never really write reviews but ...I went to go see Melissa who was very very nice, we had some great conversations. I asked for a natural highlight around my face and I have never received such a poor hair dye before. I really wish I could get my money back...

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I'm just really disappointed with my Deva Curl cut. As someone who seeks out specially trained deva curl stylists, I assume that the person understands how to cut curly hair. The stylist at Remarkable Finish took less than 10 minutes to cut my hair and didn't even seem like she was paying attention to what she was doing. I basically ended up with a bizarre curly mullet, and despite walking in with medium length hair, I can't even pull back my front pieces into a pony tail. It's a disaster, and I have a wedding to attend this weekend. My regular stylist in Glens Falls is away for the time being, which is why I took a chance at another salon in the first place. I know what a Deva cut is supposed to look like, and this wasn't it.

Great place for a haircut in downtown Saratoga! My mother and grandmother have always came here and I never found that "go-to" place until I came here. Everyone is very nice and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I have been coming here for years and will continue to. If you need a change in salons/haircuts etc this is the place to go.

Love these guys! The atmosphere is so joyful and relaxed. Melissa did my hair a few months ago. She listened to my wishes, understood exactly what I meant and made me look fabulous! Super plus points for not cutting too much. I will definitely be a returning customer!
