Just went here for the first time for a pedicure and hot stone massage. This was one of the most RELAXING pedicures I have ever had! The man who started my pedicure was so gentle and nice, and the woman (perhaps the owner) who painted my nails and gave me a back massage was so kind and helpful! My nails look great, and I didn't feel rushed at all. I'll definitely be coming back!
This place is the worst. They never seem to have openings. I've called a few different times to get an appointment but they never have time. Yet the one time I was able to get an appointment, I was the only one there. Are they busy or just don't want the business. Horrible business.
I got a pedicure. Relaxing atmosphere, great assistance and care was given to matching my existing nail color to my toes :) Very sweet lady took good care of me. The back massage at the end is aggressive, but WOW ...
I have been a customer for about 4 years but I will no longer be going there. a couple of weeks ago my friends son was visiting from out of town. He went there to have his nails manicured and polished with color and they would not do it! They said they can't do it. The fact that he is gay is not even a valid point but obviously the salon decided that was a reason to not honor what he wanted done. They were rude to him. The discrimination that he was subject too makes my skin crawl. In support of him I will never go there again! ANYONE should be able to get color on their nails no matter what your gender in. I I had to give a rating but if I could, i would not have given them any stars
I got a gel French manicure there on May 26, it is June 20 and it is still nearly untouched. Now that's what I'm looking for in a nail place. Following the manicure she gave me a goooood back massage. Not to mention, they got me in same-day, right away at 3 when I called them on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend which is pretty hard to find this time of year in Saratoga.
