The older man did my mani/pedi. The WORST one I've ever had!!! To begin he wouldn't say hello when I sat down. Then he clipped my skin and I said OUCH it hurt - he didn't even respond in any way except speaking in another language to the owner. He was using a jack knife to clean my cuticle - unsanitary! And when he asked if I wanted a my nails trimmed I said no and he immidiar cut the first nail until I said - I told u no just file. He didn't bother to look at me or respond to anything I said. Sooo rude! The foot bath was cold so I asked if he would please add hot water and he gave me an ugly look like I was asking for something special. My toes are clumpy and he NEVER went on the clean it up after they were finished. Polish all over the skin around my nails. As for my finger nails he painted them so bad that I didn't even complain but when the owner came by she decided to RE-do them from the begining even tho I didn't ask. And she didn't even ask me- luckily I had the time but it was presumptuous. She did a nice job but did 5 coats including 2 clear and 3 color which never dried fully and already have multiple dents even after 2 hours. I got a massage and when I paid I said give the tip that I left to the mean old guy to the massage guy and she said NO! They make u pay before the put on the polish so I tipped him well. Not to mention the TIME waste it was a total waste of money. When I arrived there was one lady. She left after 30 mins. Not one person came in and a staff of 3 couldn't get it right. And never even apologized. And it wasn't exactly cheap either. If u have time and money to waste and don't care how they look u will want to go somewhere else!

Won't be going back, worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy was clearly in a hurry to get to the next customer. The polish application was one coat and very badly applied, so embarrassing I had to remove it when I got home, my toenails look better bare than how it was done. This guy needs more training before working on paying customers. Also more expensive than other salons in the area.

Hidden gem. Clean, friendly, & quiet relaxing atmosphere. I have come a couple times and continue to enjoy my experience. Would recommend. Staff is quiet, but that is perfectly fine with me!

Save your money. This used to be a pretty decent place to get your nails done, but not anymore. I had been going for years. They never have more than 3 people working at at time. I had to wait an hour the last time I was there. I would have walked out, but two of my nails had come off from the last manicure which was only a week old. The manicure I received the last time was rushed and she kept making mistakes. She put the wrong coat of polish on when doing the ANC. She kept looking at the bottles like she had never seen them before. And this is a woman who has been there for years. I had clear all over my cuticles that I had to grind off myself when I got home with my electric manicure wand. Nail polish remover wouldn't budge it. So instead of admitting she made a mistake she just she just kept shaking her head and smiling. Also, the manicure table and instruments are filthy. Never going back. Please, someone in Wilton open a decent place to get your nails done!

They messed up my nail shape, and color of my nails. I am so aggravated at the poor costumer service and their lack to listen to my requests. 10/10 do not recommend
