I really wanted to write a good rewview ! I went there the week before Saint Patrick day this year and I got sparkling green nails toes and feet well a week later my toe is throbbing ! It hurts so bad and is bright red I googled my symptoms and I have to go to the doctor and have to see a medical professional bc they cut my toe and they infect my toe ! I am so upset and they have such a good deal toes and nails for 44 dollars
5 of my anc nails broke. $95 for ped and anc with ombre and tips. very rude service.
The things they do, they're fine at but the problem is they don't do nearly enough for the cost of their services. My boyfriend called hours ahead and to schedule us both appointments and they didn't take us on time and almost didn't take him at all. He wanted a manicure and pedicure without color. I wanted a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. They gave him cuticle oil but I didn't get any. Neither of us got any lotion, hand massage, or any basic amenities I always get at other salons during manicures. For the pedicure we didn't get any scrub or treatment, but at least we got lotion this time. The cost was astronomical and way out of proportion for the services they did. My boyfriends services were almost the same in price as mine when it took 1/3 of the time and weren't done well. The only good things I can say are my technician was very nice and friendly, they have a lot of colors to choose from, and the pedicure massage chairs are great. I will not be returning. I do not recommend.
Kevin did an amazing job on my acrylic set and I left very happy with the results. The only thing is I came in requesting a fill since last time I get a new set but he said I needed a new set again so I was charged more than expected. Still a reasonable cost for the services though and I would come back
We love Kim and Kevin. I'm very surprised at the bad reviews. My daughter Danielle and I have been coming here for 3 years and have never been disappointed. Kevin is a nail artist and has been able to replicate any design Danielle has wanted. She will not let anyone else do her nails.
