this nail salon is under new ownership and changing the name to Lilly Nail. New pedi chairs have already been installed and more updates are scheduled over time. The staff are welcoming and care about their work. my pedi was nice and the nails were dipped and beautifully shaped. I will be back
place is clean. prices are great. I get pedicures and gel polish for my hands. 3 previous visits and never a problem. I have sent other happy customers.
Terrible service, completely rushed and rude staff. Charged 48 dollars for a full set with gel polish. See in pic I was bleeding and the nails were thick as ever! Avoid this place. Kevin must be the owner who only cared about getting a ton of people inside and not taking the time to do a good job. What a waste. Go elsewhere!!
Hate that I had to give ONE STAR to leave this review. I am so unhappy with this experience. Firstly- I WAS A BI-weekly client. How they "forgot" to treat me as such (not that a walk in or infrequent client should be treated any differently) is beyond me! I work across the street!!! They(guy l, specifically) were so mean!! Called to make an appointment for me and my VISITING mother. 2 dip Mani's. He knicked me several times, rude with my fingers(you ladies know exactly what I mean) and when I asked him why he was suddenly so rude to me- he replied" LOOK LADY- I'm not being rude-you are!" Omg. I was so embarrassed (mom there) after I raved about them. Finished appointments- my nails look horrible...shocker, and we were charged 96$!!!!! I expected $80. Never again!!!! Stay away guys!!!!
