Frederic's Hair Design in Westerville, OH

I had left a negative review twenty six days ago because of how badly I was treated by the stylist Meredith. She never did apologize for anything. Today, I received a very, very nice and appropriate letter and phone call from the owner, Jay. I appreciate what he said to make amends for what happened to me. Jay once did a blow out for me and my hair style had never looked better. Thank you for trying to make this better Jay. I would give Jay five stars but I gave three because I would never see Meredith again.

I always see Abi for a cut. She is fan-freaking-tastic! Always easy to book with, and understands what I want (even when I'm not even sure what it is)! Super personable and nice to talk to also. The receptionists are always super friendly and accommodating as well!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON. The most unprofessional people work there. I had an appointment at 11am with Laurie to do color and haircut and they let me wait for 45 minutes. Laurie came and explained the delay at 11:10 am and said it will take a little more than half an hour. After the half an hour passed, I thought to give them 15 min more. I asked for another hair dresser and everyone was booked. They don't respect your time, or you as a client. I am given them 1 star because I can not give them NONE. Unrespectful of client time.

About a year ago I started going to Gwen at Fredic's Hair Design. The first time I went I got a hair color and cut. I don't get my hair colored that often and Gwen did a great job going through which colors would work best on my hair type and which she wouldn't recommend. I went with a dark shade that kept my hair healthy and I get compliments all the time on my cut. I would def. recommend Gwen to anyone!

I don't trust people with my hair very easily, because like all women, my hair is my pride and joy. Almost two years ago, I went into Frederic's, and found Abi. At first, she just did a color correction, because I had tried to box dye my hair and it was fifty shades of awful. As time went on, I started to get more and more confident with different hair styles, and I have only Abi to thank for that. Each time I sit in her chair is a joy, because she gives me exactly what I want and more. Last December, I even let her cut off my hair into a pixie cut-something I never thought I'd do in my lifetime! No one makes me feel as good as she does. I consistently get good company while I'm there, and the compliments on my hair after I leave come in waves. Make an appointment with her and you'll never go back!
