Today we had a first horrible experience, this male guy was extremely rude and pretty much yelled asking for my son's name. He didn't even came to check us in, but did for the next customer. Called corporate Hair Clips cause this individual should not be in direct contact with customers (felt like if he does not like you, he will treat you bad). Your attitude can go somewhere else.
Harper the hair stylist at this location is very rude, and unprofessional. He provided hair cut for my son Matthew today at this State Route 3 location in Westerville, Oh. When he was done my son was not happy and tears in his eyes. We asked Harper to fix it, but he wouldn't and started to yell and telling us ti leave. Harper seems to be unhappy with his work and passing the nasty attitude to his customer is a terrible thing for Great Clips. This man does not have any kind to respect, decency nor does he have skills or customer service skill to be providing service to the public. Harper please do the public a favor and quit and go find your passion in something else you will excel at and not make it miserable for everyone. I will not stop until people like Harper no longer serves people.
I will never go back to this place again. I took my two boys in to get a haircut, signed in online and went in gave them my name and they said I wasn't in the system before which was fine but then the guy working there gets frustrated cause he asking me for my number and I give it to him but he throws up his hands throws a tantrum then makes another lady take care of it. It would have been fine from there but he decides to talk about me to another worker like 3 feet from me. Not sure if he didn't realize he can't whisper at all and I hear pretty much everything he says. He knows I heard him cause when he looked up at me I was looking right at him. Then he proceeds to make me feel awkward the who time by staring and just making me and my kids feel uncomfortable. They had the same computer problem with 3 other guest. While I was waiting on my kids to get their haircut I was talking to another customer and the guy working there decides to say something about me and the gentleman sitting there and we both looked at him and it was just extremely rude and unprofessional. The ladies cutting my kids hair they were nice but that dude should not be working with people if he is going to be rude.
My husband took my son here for a cut a few months ago and said the staff was rude and he didn't feel comfortable bringing my son back. Looks like other reviews had similar experiences. This place shouldn't be marked 'Good for Kids' on Yelp.
