Just needed a change up from my hairdresser of 10 years. Saw reviews on Jacqui and booked an appointment. She sat with me and looked at photos I had pulled from pinterest (her suggestion) and decided what would work with texture of my hair. She really listened me. The process took 4 hours but WOW the results were amazing. Honestly I feel 10 years younger! And a huge plus it was not as expensive as my previous shop. I'll definitely be returning to Jacqui.

Go and see Michelle, if you are looking for a talented hairstylist who not only performs a master skill, but also treats you as the VIP to care enough about your individual hair type and meet beyond your expectation. I got my hair cut by Michelle today, and it went GREAT! Michelle was very patient while communicating with me about my new look, and offered some good advice. She paid great attention to the details, made sure that my hair style looked perfect from each angle. I am more than happy to finally find Michelle to take care of my hair from now on. Why did I choose Michelle? As an Asian, I constantly experienced disappointing results with the high-rating hair salons, and most of my previous hairstylists seemed to ignore the fact that I have a very different hair type. Since I am new to Westerville, I followed Yelp rating and checked out a few local hair salons, including "Bon Cher". Not like other hands-full hairstylists in other salons I visited, Michelle welcomed me immediately upon my arrival, made efforts to squeeze the time from her busy schedule to listened to me. After I raised my concern, she looked at me closely and carefully, summarized the features and problems of my hair. I had to say, she really knew my hair! "Don't worry, I can handle your hair", she smiled with confidence. I knew instantly and instinctually that she could deliver what she promised. And I made the right choice!

Visiting daughter from out of state. Michelle gave me an excellent haircut. Friendly & professional. Listened carefully to what I wanted & delivered. I'll definitely be back when in Ohio for an extended stay.

I was referred to Holly who completely botched my haircut. The haircut was so uneven and so short that I needed to go elsewhere to have my hair somewhat evened out. I would not recommend Holly to anyone.

I absolutely could not be happier with my experience at Bon Cher today. First, they were the only place out of six I tried that was both open and actually doing business at 9:00 this morning, so they won a lot of points based on that alone. Once I arrived and stepped through the door, my ears were immediately soothed by the dulcet crooning of Mr. George Strait, rather than pounding club music or insipid Top 40 radio. The shop itself is neat, clean, well-maintained, and currently beautifully decorated for autumn. Megan was an absolute delight with which to spend a few hours and I can't remember a single time that I have had my hair done previously that the stylist actually could carry on a conversation that didn't involve his or her personal drama. I actually squealed with delight when it came to the final big reveal of my new cut and color because it was *that* good. Megan was patient and knew just how to handle my difficult hair and the boxed drugstore hair color I had used a while back. Before today, I didn't know what it was like to look forward to a hair appointment. Thanks to Bon Cher, I now know exactly what that feels like.
