This is the most professional and helpful salon that I have ever experienced! I would never want to work anywhere else. I trust everyone here to work with my hair. I have never been unhappy!

I first came here about 3 years ago. My friend Claudette agreed to do a make-over hairstyle for me as I made an appointment to get my first professional headshot taken (at age 40+). I had never had my hair colored and usually got it cut at Great Clips. I trusted Claudette completely and asked her to do whatever she thought would look good. BOY did she do an amazing job! The result was my profile pic. After that, I tried to save a few $$ by going to a Groupon place. It was OK - but once the highlighting was repeatedly done, I was essentially a blond. NOT COOL. So I returned to Claudette and have never stopped going. Every session with her is perfect. Always something a little different and she always takes her time and does things right. NO SHORT CUTS. I highly recommend anyone wanting a great cut and color to go here. If you're unsure of what you want, trust Claudette to know what to do and to make you look FABULOUS!

I've been going to this salon for close to 25 years and have had nothing but a wonderful outcome for any service. My nails, which get balanced every 3 weeks always receive compliments from others saying how nicely done and natural they are. I love love Exclusive Design !

I have been getting my nails done for years with Kristen at Exclusive Design. She does an amazing job! I have an extremely busy schedule and Kristen is always very accommodating to work with my schedule. A year ago I was looking for a new hairdresser and was referred to Brittney. I wish I would have changed a long time ago she does a great job. Regardless of what style you are looking for or even if you are not sure what you want she is amazing. She works with you to understand what you are looking for and the end results is better then ever expected. If you are looking for a great salon to try this is the one!! Melinda M.

Awesome salon; I've been getting my haircut here for some time, and my experiences have always been great. The clientele seems to trend older, but I know there is a significant base of customers from local Otterbein college. My hairdresser is Donna, she always does an amazing job. No matter what new or different style I ask of her, she always gets it right. She knows her way around some clippers.
