Michael David Salon's customer service has gone severely downhill recently. If you're looking to book there, do not call the main contact number. I left three voicemails before physically walking Into the salon and being told they no longer had anyone working the front desk because now the hairstylists just book themselves independently. I messaged Julie directly because I was given her direct phone number. She never returned my calls or messages and then when I went into the store she told me it was because something must have been wrong with her phone number and that she would get right on it and figure it out. She gave me a business card (that still has the main number on it - the one with the non-existent front desk attendee) and wrote her number and her colleagues number. (I was seeking other services as well) I texted the number she told me to text and never heard back from anyone. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ashley ended up being helpful but I would not recommend this place for hair services if you want a salon that actually seems to have an interest in keeping their customers.
This salon rocks ! Convenient hours, reasonable prices, skilled stylists. I have been coming for about 5 years. The very first time I walked into the salon I was greeted warmly and by name by manager Karen. She is wonderful - creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My stylist Julie seems to understand what I want and really listens. I go every 5 weeks for color retouch and cut/style. I can't imagine going elsewhere.
Wanted highlights got darker color hair wanted shorter hair got not so much was left with large bill and back of neck burned
