Wow! My nails have never looked better. I will definitely be back. So lucky to have stumbled upon this place!

I Just got my pedicure and manicure done .I enjoyed my relaxing time and the work.The technicians were nice but I am not planing to come back. Because when leaving, I had to deal with the owner (!!! again). This is my third time when it comes to checking out she ( the cashier/ owner) spoils all the pleasure of a spa experience. Every time she names a different price, and it is always higher then the time before. No price list is on a sight and when today I asked for the price list, the mean looking ( and acting) owner told me that they have no price list. I was charged for a "custom " manicure ( I had a regular gel, no extras.) When I asked her of what was ''custom'' in my case -she replied that -what ever I got was a ''custom''. My technician even did not put any hand cream on my hands,and I am not talking about small massage, which is usually given by every technician. Both manicure and pedicure technicians reused the files ,which is a total health violation!! I have read some of the reviews in which I found same remarks.( It means that nobody truly cares to correct it! I told the owner, that every service oriented business suppose to have a price list exhibited for their clients. On my remark, the owner smirked at me and turned her back. I did not trust her with my tips for technicians . I distributed it myself, as I don't believe they get it. PS: I shared my experience with some other women in my circle - there were three of us in a small group ,who had exactly same experience and planed to never go back to that place again.

My friend and I came here before lunch, had 10 am appointments- they open at 10. We were promptly greeted and seated. It's a very large salon offering a variety of services. I'm old school and still get acrylic nails. My tech was very friendly and did great work. It was $60 for the balance and that's about the going rate. I'm pleased with the result, and would recommend. The star deduction is because she didn't have me wash my hands before adding polish. Even though they look great, without washing, I feel like dust could end up in the polish. She did have me wash after drying, but that seemed a little backwards.

Gel nails chipped in 3 days. And the gel was an extra 20 dollars. Way too overpriced for nails that don't even last. Would not recommend this place at all.

Please do not go here you will end up spending over $100 on a basic nail set that you can go somewhere else and literally pay less for. They scammed me. There is no price posted anywhere for the sets as well. It was also kind of dirty over at the stations. They reuse the same nail and the same nail file on different customers which is a health violation as well. There was literally pink polish on the nail file she was using. They call themselves professional, and then they do disgusting things like that that could possibly spread infection no matter if it's. "Sanitized" or not. I was not informed that getting chrome would be probably a 30 or $40 up charge. my nail tech was very sweet but I will not be coming back. The manager was pretty rude as well when I was checking out she just told me to put my card in and then did not even say have a nice day or anything she just turned around and walked away, and I said am I good and she just said yeah, and then turned around again. Bad customer service I do my own nails I just needed somebody to do them for me because I don't have time right now. This was not a clean environment and I am very worried for other people who go there due to the health code issues, somebody needs to send a health inspector.
