Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, they will destroy your hair . I came here asking for a balayage ombré for pink highlights at the bottom of my hair. I specifically told them to leave my roots alone and leave my natural beautiful red hair at the top of My head . They reassured me that they would keep 2 inches away from the roots. I thought, no I want a balayage. I showed him a photo and said I wanted it lower. And to leave the top of my head alone. He nodded . Then, despite my request and despite him saying he would stay away from my roots, they bleached my entire head blonde. My natural hair destroyed. On top of this, they left the bleach in my hair for 2 AND A HALF HOURS!! As someone with very sensitive thin hair, I have curly dry frizzy hair that fries easily and this is a death sentence to my hair. I am completely devastated . When I told them I was upset they said they would sue my natural hair color back! Even tho I told them it wouldn't be natural anymore if they did that. Then the color they dyed the top of my head was BLACK! My natural hair color is copper red. The damage of my hair is irreversible and now if the color fades I will have terrible bleach blond hair all over my head. I am devastated and honestly considering legal action. Avoid this place at all costs

A friend of my mine recommended this shop, so I drove nearly 30 Mins to get there. I made an appointment the day before. I didn't expected to spend nearly 4 hours to get a haircut and coloring. The moment I sat down, owner recommended I should dye my hair with lighter color for the summer. which I agreed. Next thing he suggested to bleach my hair first so it will be easier for coloring. (By the way, the last time I remember bleach my hair was more than 20 years ago). When they bleach my hair they claim it's takes about 20ish mins, unfortunately I waited more than 40mins because they were too busy to wash it off my hair. Finally they washed my hair and start to color my hair, again, I was told 20 mins and they took them nearly 40 mins because my hair dresses is too busy with another walk in. I realized the owner always tell the same story about bleaching hair then dye to get better color. Please watch out and be careful! I saw 4 other customers bleached their like me at the same time. At the end, I walked out their shop With new hair cut but similar color( still dark ) as I walked in. They charged me almost $200.

I needed a place to get my hair done on a Sunday and I happen to come along this place. From the modest outside I was not sure what to expect but boy was I pleasantly surprised. Your hair is washed in a recliner that is like a bed and it was extremely comfortable. I've never had my hair washed so thoroughly and so enjoyable. Annie who did my hair knew exactly what to do with my instruction. Extremely pleasant and worked really hard to make sure my hair came out perfect. The prices were reasonable and they have definitely just gotten a new customer for me I will highly recommend them

I went in for services and I asked the price when I initially got there and I was quoted one number before they started any of the services. I let them know everything I wanted done and asked how much it was. They still had signs posting saying they had 30% off services but refused to honor their own signs that they had up until yesterday. Do not let them swipe your card because they will double charge you what they agreed on. I don't mind paying for my hair but as a customer if you see signs and advertisements online that say one thing and you go into the salon and you ask the price and they say one thing and then the price is completely changed at the end it is not professional or fair. The stylist also called me cheap because I didn't leave him as big enough as a tip as he wanted and I also find that extremely rude and unprofessional.

First time there, had to wait a bit, but well worth it! Was greeted very nicely and offered a seat since the wait area was full. While I waited I got to see there working efforts, which I thought were very professional! When it was my turn, well my hair was a mess from the last place that I had been, we talked he listen, and I got the best fix ever,( still needs work from the last place I went to) Highly recommend, if I could give another star I would!!!!
