This nail salon is under new management and must've improved greatly. They were very friendly and professional. The salon was beautifully remodeled. They just opened 1-month ago.

Rude, rude, rude! Walked in for a fill. the lady who did it never talked even though I tried to make small talk. She keep yanking my fingers around and then polishing it accidentally got smudged and of course she said something to me like I did it on purpose! I said my nail was broke she just went over and the acrylic is sooo thin. Took over an hour for a fill. And to top it all off not like it is a huge amount but my tip was changed from $5 (wasn't even going to top but I do believe in karma and bad days) but for changes to $6. Never will I ever go back or send anyone there! To many other places who treat you with kindness to put up with that!
I have been to quite a few meridian salons for pedicure. I showed up yesterday evening at 6:30, they close at 7, I politely asked the woman at the desk if she had time for a pedi/gel polish, I told her I knew it was close to closing so if not it wasn't a problem. She smiled warmly and said plenty of time. She let me take my time to pick my color- didn't rush me through their many options. The water was perfect temp, she was very precise & attentive, even made conversation with me. She didn't rush me through and gave a great massage. It was a wonderful pedicure. She took her time with my polish and very polite. Very reasonable price and I didn't feel like a burden or rushed.

So personable and sweet. Family owned and run. The husband did my mani/gel pedi. He was a jeweler in Vietnam and did a great job trimming and shaping my nails. Then the wife came back and finished my pedicure. The husband gave me the best foot massage I've ever had and the shop is beautiful and clean. The daughter speaks beautiful English. I will be back in two weeks!

The young girl working here was so mean to my mom because she didn't want or need cuticle manicure with her polish change.
When I chose my polish she told me that it was light and I said that was fine, but she didn't say that it was completely transparent. When I asked for a new color that wasn't transparent she got all annoyed with me and said "I told you it was light".
When we asked if they take card she rudely told us that they "prefer cash", making us feel obligated to use cash even though it wasn't what was most convenient.
The lady who actually did my nails was slow and messed up twice, had to redo two different nails two different times.
There are plenty of nail salons in the area, so they really need to be more diligent on their customer service. Won't be coming back here.
