Not the same color we asked for, Nails are crooked, very lumpy low quality! Super nice people but job is trash!! Not worth it for $70 nails. Will not be back! Hoping for a refund on the terrible job that was done today!!
My friend and I came to this place since our usual was not open this day.
We called and had an appointment for 5:45 for a mani and pedi. When we walked in they did not ask if we had an appointment they just told us to sit. we didn't end up getting in the chairs unit 6:15ish. She immediately started drilling my nails but I felt the drill was going way to fast. she was just racing over my nails and the drill was burning them. she ended up nicking the skin of my fingers with the drill a couple of times.
When my nails were over I had to tell her I had a scheduled pedicure as well and she wasn't too happy. she used the drill again for my toes and still burned them with it just by going way to fast.
I ended up leaving the salon with my cuticles bleeding and a toenail infection.
The employees were pretty friendly but speaking for my friend and I we will not be coming back.
Good news was they got my daughter and I in quickly. We both got pedicures and I got a full acrylic set. The tech who did our pedicure did a good job on the nails, however the pedicure felt very rushed. Not much of a massage or taking time for callus removal. I'd guess start to finish the pedicure was about 15-20 minutes.
Then my full set, though turned out decent looking, I felt like the tech, Yuki, was very rushed and pretty rude. When I asked her to fix my nail which was put on crooked, she just filed it to look more straight and said my fingernail was crooked. I really didn't think she listened very well to what I asked. Not sure I'd go back unless I was in a pinch, but I am new to the area and the reviews were decent.
I love Tumy! She is personable, kind, positive, and does a great job! All around a great place for your nails and toes highly recommend!
The best place in Meridian for pedicure. My wife and I had excellent service done by Yuki and Tumy. They are highly trained and have many years of experience. Can't recommend enough, definitely worth the money and they are very well priced compared to local places.
