Smiley Nails in Meridian, ID

I got a nail fungus from them!!! DO NOT GO THERE! I have never had a nail fungus in my life until now. I don't think they sanitize their tools !

I made an appointment and was seen as soon as o got there with no delay. My Nail
technician, Tarah, was so patient and gentle with my pedicure and manicure. She did a phenomenal job on my nails and I'm so happy she took her time even though it was coming close the Closing Time at the salon.
My nails, feet, and hands feel so pretty and smiling!!!! Thank you, Smiley Nails and Tarah!!!

Today I dropped my sister off to get her nails done as shes been wanting to get them done for a while. Left her there and did some errands but afterwards was not the outcome either of us we're expecting. She shared that the nail tech she was with was first off extremely rude and seemed pissed off since the moment my sister walked in. People get pissed off, we have emotions but no need to outwardly act on it while at your place of work in my opinion (especially towards a new customer). My sister is a bit more on the shy side so she worked around it and told the nail tech what she wanted done but was disregarded for her design. The nail tech did not ask if my sister wanted gel and just assumed she wanted it (I am guessing theres a price difference). Which to me was weird seeing as you'd think someone who does nails for a job would ask standard questions, right? Afterwards, more towards the payment time period, my sister had some payment issues so money was sent to her to make sure the work was paid for. Overing looking her nails my sister is not in the least satisfied with how they ended up either. During this time as well my sister was feeling completely uncomfortable in this environment and upset that employees were making her unwelcome, sad she even came in, and disgusted at their overall moral compass. Being as my sister is a better person than I am, she left a $5 tip out of $55 (when originally told it would be $40 but as I said I think it's from the gel price my sister did not want) from this wretched experience. With her time, mood, energy and money wasted my sister was left feeling down in dumps. No tip would've been perfectly fine by me. Ending off neither my sister or I will be returning, will not be sending any good reviews to family or friends, and I hope karma comes to the employee's way for acting a complete fool. Will stand by my sister 100% and this was a complete a-hole experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Made an appointment for a pedicure and wondered if they had time to work in a manicure as well. Very gracious and accommodating. My nails look great and it was a relaxing experience.

Another visit to Smiley Nails today - very pleased with Sarah's work. I took in a photo of what I wanted, she made a suggestion on the bottom color, and away we went!
