I made an appointment with Moon. Was 10 minutes early. My arrival was virtually unnoticed. Moon's station was the first chair and she was NO WHERE NEAR being done with her current client. After a verification as ti my identity and requested service, 3 rings of samples were dropped onto my lap and I was told to "be careful". I chose my color and was informed that they did not have it. I chose another and was again told it was not in stock. I chose a 3rd time and, yep, no dice. I said I was looking for a dark mauve to wine and finally found a dark dusty pinkish.
The station was full of dust, I came away with dust on my sweater sleeves.
The color I received was Barbie pink; not even in my top 1000 choices. My pinky nail was botched from the get go and not corrected. The shiny top coat was dull in 24 hours. MAYBE 5 words were spoken to ME the entire time I was getting my service, but full on Asian conversation to the others. I let a very nice tip because I wanted to see the reaction. Shockingly, full on English and lots to say.

Moon is amazing. My mom has been going here for a while and I just moved here. I was in dire need of a  manicure and was able to make an appointment with her over the phone.  The environment was cheery with Christmas music and decorations. You can tell the people like working there which is awesome! You should like where you work!!
Amazing job on my nails! I will be back again!

my grandma my older sister and I were 15 minutes late due to car problems. so we called the nail salon telling them that we were going to be 15 minutes late. So we almost hit the hang up button and as we almost hit it we hear a lady in the background saying "oh my gosh". personally that was just so rude and also a mean comment to make. My sister was still parking the car, but as we get there me and my grandma walked in and as we walked in the lady yells " you guys are late" everyone looks over and then looks back to what they were doing. My grandma had no room to say sorry because we both agreed that it was very rude to do that.  We sat down and as they get our water in the bowls it was very hot. As our toes are getting done one of the employees  gets paint all over her toes and never scraped it off with a towel or rag or something. As we finish we ask if we could get our fingernails done and they said " no we cant do that today we do not have time". It was a total waste of time and I encourage you not to go or step foot in that salon. plus to add on to the not good pile there tools were not clean.

We were 15min late due to car problems. When we knew that we would be late we called them. There was a rude comment we heard from the phone, When we arrived one of the employees made a loud comment so everyone in the salon could hear to the effect that we" were late".  The rudeness from the other employees just escalated to the point it was very uncomfortable. We expected to have manicures but were told because we were late they could not do our manicures.  I would have appreciated it if they had told us on the phone when we called about our car problems that we should reschedule. Wont be going back and will discourage my friends from going there. The salon is unkept and it lacked neatness in the service provided  and courtesy was totally absent.

I have had pedicures at this shop for the last 3 years. I have been happy with my technicians, the work done and the process. My last pedicure was in March, and though I had to wait a few minutes I appreciated the folks were taking time with the earlier appointments and not rushing with their time with me. I will continue to visit for pedicures.
