Very clean, professional, will be coming back for all of mani/pedis from now on! Large selection of colors and plenty of staff so you can walk in or make an appointment.
I have been going here for over two years because they are so good at dips! But they rarely answer the phone and getting an appointment can be difficult! And when I do make an appointment on their website, they're confused when I show up because they've overbooked. It's super frustrating.
Needed my nails done bad... I was very much overdue. Booked an appt over the phone the day before and showed up an hour before since we finished breakfast early. They sat me and my daughter down for a pedicure right away considering it wasn't busy on a Saturday. Kinda weird right? Well that's ok because we got seen an hour before. Of course after getting our pedicure we got our nails done. Place is a tiny bit disorganized, while I was getting my full set done the lady attending me kept getting up to attend other people after there was others that could've helped out the other customers. So my acrylic nails pretty much took 1.30. I was alittle upset. But they came out great I guess. My daughter loved her nails as she's not allowed to get real acrylic nails, so the guy attending to her made them look very real with gel polish. But Customer service was ehhh.. as far as price it was decent. They only accept cash tip so don't forget cash.
I understand that it was Mother's Day weekend and salons are going to be packed. However when I have two different people working on my nails, neither of them can paint a design, shape or trim my nails, or even paint a base coat, then I have issues. Not to mention I got burned by the hot stone on my leg. My nails look like my 4 year old niece did them. I'm adding the pic of what I wanted verses what I got.
For my first ever review on this site, it's upsetting it had to be this one.
I made an appointment and walked in and no one greeting me. Finally someone asked if I had an appointment and I did. the salon seemed dirty and employees just spoke to each other in another language. nails look horrible!! Never going back!!!!
