I have been going to YADA for more than 10 years. Over the years, my experience continued getting worse and worse. I feel as though the hair dresses continue getting lazier and not caring as time goes on. My appointments started getting rushed, the quality was not as good, but I continued going because I have been going for so long and did not want to find a new place. However, yesterday was the last straw and I will no longer be going to YADA. I had a haircut with Kevin, and he was not friendly in the slightest. After paying almost $50 for just a trim, he had me in and out in under 20 minutes. No hair products were used, he just combed, blew dry, cut, and ironed my hair super fast. No care taken. When he went to wash my hair, he was super aggressive and grabbed my piercing and tore it. It was super painful but I let it go, still tipped him, and didn't realize it had been bleeding until I got home. It is still bleeding a day later. I have always gone to YADA because it was a place of relief for me, my time where I got to be taken care of. Nowadays they rush through every customer, don't care about making you feel comfortable, just want you in and out. Not worth it for the price you pay. More than anything, getting a hair TRIM shouldn't be painful and you should NEVER feel like the burden when YOU are the PAYING customer. So completely disappointed in this salon.
