Absolutely terrible experience. The place was dirty. When I walked in I was barely talked to. While I was getting my toes done two people came in to get their nails fixed which I know why because my dip is so thick that it's already coming off. On top of that- they added a higher tip to my bill without my consent. I will not be back.
4th of July nails! All the ladies were kind and helpful, made recommendations and my nails look fantastic!
Disappointed for my first visit to this business. The service just was not what I would expect. Nail tech seemed to not like my service choice and kept trying to get me to switch to gets and I really didn't want it. End result was ok but multiple times I had to ask the tech to check when it seemed something was sticking up and should be trimmed. She just tried to smooth it down with nail polish and it wasn't working.
I've never had an experience at a nail salons like I did at XO. I had an appointment for mani pedis at 2 with some others. We showed up a few minutes before 2 and immediately got sat at some massage chairs. One in my party waited about 10 minutes to get started, another waited about 20, and my pedicure didn't get started until 2:40. So I was waiting 40+ minutes.
Finally I got started with my pedicure and my nail tech rushed through it. The whole thing from start working to starting polish took about five minutes, which is not what everyone else got. Everyone else got 20+ minutes before polish while I was done with polish in under 20 minutes.
The manicure was relatively fine. I have a weird hitch hiker thumb and the nail tech made some rude comments and even tried to straighten it, which obviously caused me pain. She also went too far on my cuticles, which also caused me pain. I've gotten my nails done many times and I've never had pain with my cuticles.
Overall I wouldn't recommend XO Nails. They don't seem to have a solid scheduling system and they have terrible customer service. The only reason I didn't give a one star review is because the bails themselves turned out pretty.
Horrible - dont waste your money. My daughters nails were thick and crooked and her pedicure color was not even what she asked for and explained it several times and my simple gel manicure had polish all over my cuticles after it was over .
