This picture shows that the app says they are open. The door said that they were open and when I showed up it said a 0 minute wait. I could have and would have waited until she was done but she made up an excuse saying the app was wrong and she was completely booked. They were not booked. 30 mins later it's a 15 min wait. App is horrible and customer service could be better.
I had to actually get a good haircut after a year of moving from Nebraska, selling my house, pandemic ignore my hair until it's the longest it's been in years, and went to have Kalee work me in! I wanted a lot off and shared my wishes... and she did an excellent job.
This review is entirely about scheduling. This Supercuts may or may not choose to honor your appointment time via their mobile app. I signed in on the app and received the time to show up. I did show up, but they took a family of walk-ins before me, so I ended up having to walk out without getting my hair cut. I just think if you're going to be on the app, you should honor it. The store looked nice and clean/neat.
So I go in for a trim, and specify that I do not want a buzz cut or too short.
This idiot barber takes the electric shaver and starts shaving off my hair.
I tell her not too short so she leaves the top and back, now It looks like a marine buzz cut.
In all of my 50 years, I have never come across a barber who ignored my request,

Go find a local stylist who actually listens to what you are requested then this clown house.
I will NEVER go to another SuperCuts ever again...
