I have lived in WDM for 10+ years and have never been able to find a pedicure places that's consistent and good service. Pro Nails has been consistent and absolutely amazing every time. Will never go anywhere else.
I used to be a regular here, but then stopped going after I learned the owner is extremely fatphobic. My friend and I were getting pedicures done here, and he was trying to make conversation with us by asking about our jobs. My friend said she massages at a spa and he asked her multiple times if she likes giving massages to "fat people". She said she doesn't mind, and it doesn't bother her, and loves giving massages to people of all body types. He then said he doesn't like when "fat people" come to this nail salon because they are lazy and ugly. And then he proceeded to ask her multiple times if she thinks fat people are lazy and ugly, which she said no to again and again. I was shocked by how blatantly rude he was saying this out in open, and to her, and kept going on and on, and would not drop this topic even though she was clearly uncomfortable. Beware, and stay clear of this nail salon.
I have been going to Pro Nails for several years now and I have never once been disappointed. Every single time I leave happier without my nails then I anticipated. The mail techs take so much time to make sure your nails are exactly as you envisioned. I went today for a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and the service I was received was truly amazing! I can't say enough good things about this salon!
