Vibe Hair Salon & Spa in New City, NY

Had an incredible experience at the salon! The staff are super friendly and attentive, Kristina and David made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I decided to get highlights and also get my bangs cut, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The color is just perfect, and my bangs frame my face beautifully. Kristina is so talented at blowouts and David is amazing at highlights. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to freshen up their look!

Took me awhile to write this because I hate leaving bad reviews but now I see I am not alone. I was fairly a new customer but quickly made appt after appt bc as a new mom I enjoyed the pampering and feeling refreshed. I went in initially for a blow out and quickly became a regular getting blow outs and even got keratin there (which was a waste of money btw). I complained of my grays while in his chair explaining why I sometimes have to do them myself (because of fast regrowth and price). He said no worries, come to me I'll do it for X amount so I made an appt for later that month. Well. He forgets what he says and tried charging me almost double! Since he pressures to pay cash I only had enough for our original agreement plus tip I was so embarrassed. He was not only charging me full price but get this- he did not even DRY my hair. I tried reminding him the price he originally said but felt uncomfortable once he started getting an attitude. "Do them yourself next time good luck." WOW this owner is rude. Paid the full amount on my card, left with soaking wet hair and never went back.

I had my first haircut in the area after moving here from the city. Vibe Hair Salon was super friendly and accommodating and most importantly my haircut was great! Great quality, great price, great people. Highly recommend!

I found David last week and he is amazing. He accomplished what no one else has. He gave me the beautiful color I've always wanted and an awesome haircut as well. He is highly skilled and honest about the process. He understands what will look good on each individual client and uses his talent to make that a reality. I highly recommend him and plan on being a long time customer.
