I have to say my nails came out very nice and exactly what I asked for however this service took over 2 hours with excessive sanding and unnecessary amounts of time Under a UV light which both are not healthy for your nail or skin . So I probably won't be returning . The ladies were all friendly but were constantly stopping and tending to things on their phones and iPads .
Well had to go to my dermatologist, cut me 4 times major infection . I'm on antibiotics. Still very sensitive , can't touch or do much .8 days now . Please spare yourself . Don't go shop is antiquated , dirty , don't sterilize-there tools .
I've been getting my nails done here for the past six years. they are the absolute best nail salon I've ever been to. I go to the owner but have tried many other technicians here and they're all amazing!! they listen and I always leave with nails that give me compliments for weeks. i always request crazy designs and they nail it every time (pun intended). also if I ever need something changed days later, they accommodate me. I cant even count the amount of times someone has loved my nails and asked where I go! I seriously wouldn't know what to do with our johana and her team
Really disappointed in this place. I don't get my nails done often but when I do I went here and always recommended them to family and friends but not anymore. I went down to the shore for a week I went to get my nails done Friday to prepare. I asked for UV white gel which should last over a week or at least a week. Less then 24 hours and my nails were chipped and peeling I gave them a call when they opened Saturday morning and was told the owner would call me back and she never did so I called again today (Monday) since they're closed Sundays and spoke to a women who was nice and understanding but not once did the owner get on the phone to speak me to I asked for them to give me a new set when I'm back from vacation and the receptionist said the owner would give me polish ( whatever that means) but wouldn't give me a new uv gel set which I should be offered since they didn't even last 24 hours and a refund was also not offered . It's an absolute joke that you couldn't give the decency of a refund or redo the nails if they peel after less than a day. Now I'm trying to find a salon down here since I'm getting engaged and can't have my nails looking like this. Terrible owner
If i could give 0 stars i would!! This place is horrible within one week i have 2 nails off. Lets not talk about my daughters nails that came off the same day!!! Thank god for a refund!! I do not and will not ever recommend this place. Save ya money
