I had an aggressive colorist assigned to me . She got bent out of shape the way the owner scheduled my appointment and when I walked in the door she starts having an anxiety attack talking fast and making me feel unwelcome . It was rude and very awkward. The whole time she kept gossiping making faces and running to the owners explaining her unprofessional behavior. Honestly, I should have left. They are not very kind .

Finally after 7 months of being in the house, I had my hair cut and colored. Usually when you go to a new place, it's nerve wracking but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all hair needs. Nick was super attentive to my request for a color touch up and cut. I love the vibe and that they are using cruelty free products on their clients. They also take the health and safety of their clients seriously. Looking forward to going back for my next color touch up and cut.
