Supercuts in Mullica Hill, NJ

Only giving 2 stars because the style of the cut itself was fine. I asked for round layers and she did that part right: However- the stylist did NOT listen to my overall request. When asked if I wanted to cut my length by 4 inches I said I wanted to keep my length. Simple right? She "agreed" with my request after we had a whole conversation about how long I've been growing my hair out and the next thing I know when she was blow drying, I had short hair!! Makes sense as to why she wouldn't let me look. I have been growing my hair for over a year and did not want to go back to square one. Point being: if you want all your hair chopped off this is the place for you.

Don't bother using the check-in online, as they are not honoring it as of this writing.  Of course the note they are not honoring it is apparently at the very bottom of the web page.  So, unfortunately for me, when I showed up for my cut, I was told I had to wait maybe 30 minutes or longer.  Now, I made the appointment in the morning, do you think someone could have called me to tell me they are no longer honoring check in online?  Of course not.  This is the last time this place wastes my time.  Don't let them waste yours....

Buyer Beware!!Do Not Come here to get your hair cut unless you have an extreme need to play Russian Roulette. This salon is like a high stakes game in Vegas. You win some and lose some. I brought my two sons and niece here to get a quick cut before Christmas pictures and one of my son's left with a bald spot and a wacky buzz cut. They had the audacity to say that perhaps my son needed a dermatologist....he didn't have a crappy cut and bald spot prior to our visit .  They didn't charge us for the the cut but I'm still waiting on a call from the manager as this stylists needs further training....

I have been going to this Supercuts for 10yrs.  I have had a haircut by every person in the place.  My son is eight and he only knows this place to get his haircut.  We have been going to Julie for the past couple of years exclusively and I can tell you we look forward to our haircuts and now beard trimming.  I think it is great that she takes the time to know about me, my son, and my wife's likes regarding styles.  I also enjoy knowing about her, business is about relationships and through that you both get a great experience.  Julie's cuts are spot on and conversation about life are great.  I wouldn't change a minute of time I spent with her over the past years.  She cares about her clients professionally and personally and that is special.  If you want a haircut and leave go to one of the numerous chop shops and quit bashing hardworking folks because you had time constraints.  The app does need to have accountability for confirming appointments.
