I had come in for a gel manicure yesterday and I was not satisfied with my manicure. My technician's station was a mess and did not look cleaned up from the previous client. She had clipped down both of my thumb nails and pointer fingers without asking me if that's what I would like and did not use the nail clipper that came in the sterile packaging; she used her own clippers, which I find very unsanitary. I have gotten this same gel manicure 2 other times and both of those technicians were very kind and did an amazing job. I am not bashing the salon as a whole because I do think it is a great salon; this one technician, however, is not. I don't know her name but she has long black hair.

I really hate the fact that I'm even writing a negative review for this place. I've been coming here for quite some time and have always been satisfied with the job I get done. I went in to get a French refill done. Which mind you I paid $45 for this refill because of the "style of French I wanted was more work". When the man was done, I was 100% unsatisfied with the job that was done however I did not want to put down his work so I left and called to make an appointment WITH SOMEONE ELSE the following day. Only for me to get there today and have the same person doing the same job. I requested to have it all redone but he insisted he couldn't file my nails down because they were "too thin" so he could only retouch the polish. The French is uneven. There is polish all over my fingers. There is white smeared on the parts that are meant to be pink. I mean these pictures don't do it any justice. I am just beyond disappointed with my experience and I really have such a hard time feeling like I want to return back to this salon. The people are very nice, however this is just unacceptable.
