I went in for a self-care day. The salon was clean and gorgeous when you walked in. I was immediately greeted (which is huge for me). I picked out my color and they have a really nice selection. The water was a little cold when I put my feet in, but he adjusted it pretty quickly. I had a pedicure with the hot stones, scrub, and wax. Getting gel is an extra $20. The service was great. When I had a concern about the polish or my toenails, Sarah didn't give me any attitude. She said don't worry, I'll fix it. The foot massage with the hot stone was my absolute favorite. I'll definitely be back. And get this, if you pay in cash, you get $10 off.
My cousins and I had such a fun experience here. We walked a marathon then got pedicures all at the same time and the workers were so kind and the massage techniques felt amazing. Chandeliers are beautiful and the place is very clean. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!
I have been here a few times and it was fine. I went last week and front lady always seems kind of annoyed but the tech I got (can't remember her name) got short with me when I didn't answer her fast enough and she cut my cuticles all up that my hands were sore all weekend. One of the nails separated from the dip so I had to go back to get it fixed and instead of soaking it off during the 35mins I waited she tore it off my nail. I jumped 3x it hurt and she just glared said nothing and continued to do it. My finger hurts now. It's also shorter than the rest and crooked now. And darker than all the other nails. Very upset.
