Looks like we are the second to experience the lady on her phone with AirPods in. Lady was given instructions to clean up any stray hairs and leave a thick, full eyebrow. She applied wax to the eyebrow, picked her phone up to FaceTime IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCESS and then removed the wax. It was already too late to leave at this point. She literally whacked half an eyebrow off, leaving a high and thin arch that wasn't even with the other side. Horrible and upsetting experience.
Great service!! Very affordable! Quick! Always did a great job! Under new ownership who are all very friendly and are great at what they do! Very painless! Anyone who has ever had their eyebrows threaded know that it can be painful or quick and painless, Super salon and day spa is quick and painless and shape your eyebrows so well! Very affordable and easy to get in and out on your lunch hour or when running errands! The owners are so nice and very caring about their customers! 5 stars!
I was completely in awe at the lack of professionalism and customer service. I took my wife to get her eyebrows done and the young lady was on the phone with her airpods when we got there and just motioned my wife to sit down while talking on the phone. She then CONTINUES to talk on the phone while she is supposed to be focused and working and is speaking so loud next to my wife's ear that she had a headache afterwards. On top of all this, there were hairs that were missed because she wasn't paying full attention. My recommendation - spend your money somewhere where they at least act like they give a damn about you.
