My pedicure here looked very cheap (read "tacky") and the tech did not trim my toenails down short enough. The tech's child was also playing in the spa chair right next to the one I was sitting in and was even talking to me occasionally. I have nothing against children, really! I have three of my own, but on the rare occasion when I actually pay to have my nails done, part of what I look forward to with treating myself to a pedicure or manicure is being in a child-free environment.
I should have walked out when I walked in and was immediately hit by the smell.
The place was filthy!! The service was poor and they charged me more than the pricing they had listed.
Very unprofessional one of the female nails tech cut me on my birthday weekend end. I'm a male client I was planning to get both a Pedicure and Manicure on February 23rd 2023. The nails tech was on so much rush even though the place was empty, She stabb the clippers in my right big toe and she didn't showed any sympathy but while my toe was bleeding she put it back under water and go to the next foot I stayed just trying to be a man about it . Next a male tech was doing my wife's fingers but he asked that same lady to finish painting my wife toes she grabbed her feet and started painting them white nails . I shall not return

ZERO start but 5 . I called and set up a 4pm appointment. Yet others walked in and was done before I got a chair. I brought the pic below of exactly what I wanted, especially the clear nail. As you can see they don't have the clear nail. After waiting 1.5 hours before I was put in the pedi chair, then took me to the nail area where they assured me that they could do that pic exactly. They were trying to convince me that it's the same but I disagree. I would have just waited and went to Sams Nail Studio on Thompson Rd. Lesson learned!! Then charged 179$ for full set & pedicure!! Never again!!
