The Lash Studio & The Queen Bee Spa in Greenwood, IN

I was in desperate need of a makeup artist for my wedding in Greenwood and found my way to Steph! I picked her Queen Bee package which includes a makeup trial, facial, dermaplane, and eyebrow wax.  Definitely worth every penny. Steph worked with me so my colors were matched perfectly and to bring out all my  best qualities. The facial was amazing and included a jelly mask that I already want again. I definitely felt like a queen on my wedding day due to Steph! Can't wait to get another facial! She also did makeup for my SIL and MIL the day of and made them feel beautiful with out judgement of their makeup knowledge.

Also, have to send a shout out to Danielle, who styled my MIL's hair. She had styles picked out to see what would work best for my MIL and the hair turned out gorgeous and held through out a super windy day.

If you are looking for hair or makeup, I could not recommend them enough!!!

I have gotten my lashes done by Amber for the last 5 years. And I can say I am truly thankful for her and her services! My lashes give me confidence and she always does them with health of the lash in mind! I have never had any issues with them, they normally last me between 3 1/2-4 weeks. I highly recommend! All the girls are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable!

I've had my lashes done for the last few years with the Lash Studio. The owner Amber has done them every time never had one issue. And when i go out I always get told how nice my lashes look. I would recommend the Lash Studio to everyone . I love my lashes

Ok, so I originally was upset as I had a very similar experience as the other reviews here, where I was receiving no response from anyone about rescheduling an appointment that was cancelled last minute. However, Amber contacted me today as she had been out due to a personal issue and apologized about being unprofessional and not keeping me informed. She immediately offered to get me in the next day and offered a free fill to get me back on schedule. I'll admit that when I saw the other reviews on here, I was extremely disappointed because I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. However, they were very quick to resolve this issue and make it right. I am very impressed with the customer service aspect of this salon, and I truly do love the quality of work they do here. Amber is great and I am so glad to have been able to give this place another chance as I truly did no want to go somewhere else. I have recommended so many of my friends and family to try this place, and I will definitely continue to do so.

The Lash Studio owner, Amber is one of the most unprofessional people I've encountered in the beauty industry. She spent more time trash talking her other clients to me than providing good service.

After I left, I learned that she was already shut down once due to operating illegally without a license.

They don't have a receptionist and none of them ever answer texts or calls, despite telling you that texts go to all the estheticians' phones. If you need to reschedule, good luck!

The shop is always half done and under construction. Even the completed work looks terrible. It's not a soothing environment. During one visit, I had to wait while Amber used germ ridden phone to argue with her husband about buying trim. She set the phone down and went on to touch my face.

I was 8 minutes late to an appointment once and of course tried calling and texting, with no response. I get to my appointment and learned that she had left for the day. She didn't bother to at least call me. I find this to be subpar service and in very poor taste.

Do not go to this salon!
