12/22/21, @ 9:40A I had appointment took my haircut. Shut down thought everything was good. In about a minute and a half later I was stabbed in the head with a pair of scissors. I flinched slightly and the gal grabbed my head and told me I must sit still. I laughed and said will you stab me in the head. She set an a stern voice, "I did not stab you. That was my scissors running across your scalp." I chuckled, and said you did stab me where she exclaimed again that she did not! It took me about two or three seconds of being utterly dumbfounded wondering if I had blood running down my head, when I stood up took my cover off and told her I was going somewhere else. I told her if she just would have owned what she did and apologized it would not of been a huge deal because mistakes happen. She looked at me and said you can leave now, pointing to the door, And said again, 'I did not stab you.'

The lady who cut my hair decided she would cut WAY more hair than I had asked. She also made my hair completely uneven. NEVER going here again. Awful experience and rude hair stylist.

Poor service.  One stylist said hi when we arrived but didn't ask if we had checked in online or if we needed to check in.  Waited 30 minutes and noticed people who had arrived after us were getting seated for haircuts.  I asked the stylist who then explained about online check in.  I told her I really wished this had been communicated when we arrived.  Went to another great clips down the road (after checking in online now that we knew the drill) and were asked by the stylist straight away if we had checked in online.  One simple question could have saved a lot of hassle.  Will not return to this location.

Always good service.   Suggest you book online and avoid the wait.  A good sign is that the employees I've talked with like the manager and the manager shares how great the owner is and how well the corporation is doing and growing locations.

Most of my family has been going here for quite a few years now.  We have had great luck especially with my son's very straight hair that shows every scissor cut if it's not done correctly.  We made the switch from the specialty kids cutting places to here and never went back.  The pricing is great especially with the coupons once in a while and the new pre-buy haircuts @ 9.99 are nice also.  This franchise is well run, friendly, and efficient.  I really appreciate the new app that let's you check in online, that has saved me significant time!
