I always have Daniel do my TAP nail fills. He is professional and does a great job. My nails always look great and TAP lasts.
I went in for a gel pedicure (this was amazing) and a fill. When I got to the nail portion, I was put with Tina. She acted like I was so disgusting and that my nails were in terrible shape. I only wanted a fill with gel polish. She proceeded to RIP all of my nails off, didn't look up one time to check to make sure this was okay (and charged me for this.) She then proceeds to ask if I want a manicure...well I thought that cutting my cuticles down and filing was part of getting your nails filled?? Guess I was wrong. When I went to pay, she just held her hand out and did not give me the price....it was $150!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like what in the actual hell?? I didn't want to tip, but the girl who did my pedi was amazing and I didn't want her to think she did something wrong. My fill was awful, it looks awful, uneven and bumpy, my nails are all different lengths, and the color is completely wrong and when I tried to tell her it wasn't correct she just shrugged her shoulders and I do not like the color at all. I am not a confrontational person and never want to embarrass someone or myself, so I tend to just stay quiet, but really wish I would have spoken up and not paid for the nail portion and all the add ons she charged me for!!! I sent an email to inquire about what I can do about all of this....guess what?!?! Crickets. Don't go! Terrible and overpriced. I would give a zero, if possible, for the nail portion.
This establishment is extremely rude. I walked into the establishment at 3 o'clock on a Thursday and was not greeted properly. The first lady at the booth said "what do you want?" I asked if I could get a fill-in and was told that they were unable to help me, and I could set up an appointment for next week, although their establishment does not close until 7 PM. As I was leaving, I noticed another lady walk in and asked for the same service and they told her 15 minutes. I guess I didn't look fancy enough for their nail salon.
Tina the nail technician was absolutely horrible. She was very rude to me. She messed up my nails horribly. They look nothing like the picture I showed. Definitely not worth the price I paid. She was in a hurry. I would give this place a zero if I could.
They did an amazing job on my nails! A very clean environment. Very friendly technicians. I mean I really enjoyed my time there. It was relaxed. They were very careful with my nails and cuticles. Which if you get your nails done you know how much that matters! I would definitely recommend this place for both nails and pedicures!
