Their customer service is alright, but if you want to get anything done with your hair i would not trust them. They butchered my hair cut after showing an old photo of me and letting them know my preferences with my hair. The guy who cut my hair messed up and just kept cutting and making it shorter and shorter. After all that mediocre work it cost $25.
They do a great job every time at a fair price. It is difficult to find a place that does a great job.
I took my step sons in for hair cuts recently and showed the stylist the pictures of the cuts we wanted. They didn't ask any questions or consult with me about the style and it didn't turn out the way we wanted. I had to explain the cut we were looking for multiple times because halfway through, I could tell the stylist was trying to give them different cuts. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend this salon as it lacks good customer service. This business also does not accept credit cards and they have a sign stating they only accept payment in cash or via Zelle. The odd thing is that the payee was the name of someone, who I can only assume is the owner, rather than the business.
Do not go get your hair colored here..especially those that wants to go blonde. They use cheap bleaching that damage your hair so bad, I have never had my hair this crisp and ruined after bleaching. Don't go here, plus they speak their language and don't communicate to you or start conversation
The most terrible experience I never had for hair coloring. Hurts me for shampooing and gets totally different color with what I choose before.
